The integrated fitted kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, i.e. cooker with ceramic hob, sink, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and coffee machine. The floor in the entire flat is made of wood laminate. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa, a large flat-screen TV with DVD player and a wardrobe. The large sleeping gallery invites you to dream! Also with a television, of course! Despite the pleasantly quiet location next to a park, you are not far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The flat is located in a side street of the world-famous Kurfürstendamm with numerous shops and restaurants. The nearest underground station is Hohenzollernplatz, approx. 50 metres away. The Ku Damm underground station is 400 metres away. Can be reached by car: Messe approx. 5min, Kurfürstendamm approx. 1min, Potsdamer Platz approx. 5min, Alexanderplatz approx. 10min. For guests staying longer in Berlin, a cleaner can be provided. Pets allowed by arrangement. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. The gallery is to be used on your own responsibility. (I have to include this here because we have not barred the gallery because of the beautiful view) It is a really unique flat in a top location! Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
