General

The holiday home for 4 persons has three bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Washing machine, tumble dryer, bed linen, towels can be booked for a flat rate of 10,- Euro per night (not per person).
When travelling with a dog, the laundry pact must be booked.

In Bad Kötzing (10 kilometres away) there is a new state casino and a thermal bath. The Chrupfalzpark (leisure park) is only 8 kilometres away and there are numerous rowing boat rentals. The settlement is extremely dog-friendly and almost every holidaymaker here has their four-legged friend with them. There is a new adventure playground nearby. There is a shop, bakery, butcher and various restaurants in the village.

If you are on holiday with your dog, bed linen/towels are compulsory to book

All beds are made up as shown in the photos - towels are provided and you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer as you wish.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
