The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels), a fireplace and a DVD player. Welcome to our holiday home on the edge of the Bavarian village of Zandt. Our house, an idyllic retreat in the "Upper Bavarian Forest" nature park, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with around 70 square metres of living space and an inviting atmosphere. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or want to actively explore the surrounding area: here you will find the ideal starting point for your activities.

Inside the house you will find two lovingly furnished bedrooms with a double bed (1.60 m wide) and two single beds (each 0.90 m wide), each with separate bathrooms with WC and washbasin. The centrepiece is the spacious living area, which features a cosy couch, a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings and modern entertainment electronics such as a Full HD flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The adjoining, fully equipped fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine offers everything self-caterers need to prepare culinary delights.
Firewood, bed linen and towels are available from the property management for an additional charge. Arrival is from 2.00 pm and departure by 9.30 am; other times can be arranged with the house managers.

The outdoor area boasts a fenced terrace and a garden that invites you to relax in the open air. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for socialising in the open air.

The picturesque surroundings of Zandt are ideal for a variety of activities. You can immerse yourself in the nature of the Bavarian Forest directly from the holiday home, whether hiking, cycling or skiing in the nearby ski resorts of "Sankt Englmar" and the "Arberregion". Cultural excursions take you to historic cities such as Regensburg, Passau or Munich and the neighbouring Czech Republic with destinations such as Prague or Karlovy Vary are also within easy reach. In the village itself you will find all the necessary facilities such as a grocery shop, a bakery, a pizzeria
bakery, a pizzeria or good home-style cooking in the hotel "Zum Bräu".

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
