Welcome to the holiday apartment Halbinsel52⎢Garten, a place that combines modern comfort with sustainable living. Just 150 meters from the shores of Lake Constance, you'll experience a special sense of well-being and relaxation in this sustainably built (in 2024) two-family house. The holiday apartment Halbinsel52⎢Garten is located on the ground floor. The rooms are bright and airy thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and patio doors. You can access the garden from every room.

This new building, constructed using ecological timber framing, was designed as a low-energy house and features high-quality wood-aluminum windows and flush-mounted doors. A heat pump powered by photovoltaic electricity provides the building with energy. Great care was taken to use natural materials to create a healthy and comfortable living environment.

The apartment accommodates up to four people and has two beautiful bedrooms – one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with two single beds (90x200 cm). The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. The open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen is bright, modern, and exudes a cozy atmosphere.

Outside, you can relax on your private terrace, furnished with high-quality garden furniture and sun loungers. The garden is screened for privacy, fenced, and features a lockable gate. For active vacationers, there is a storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes. Parking is available directly at the house. A fast-charging station for electric cars is located 200 meters away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
