Very nice holiday flat in a quiet location on the idyllic edge of the forest. The village Stocking is located about 4 km outside of Waldkirchen in the Bavarian Forest on a small hill. Our flat is brand new and cosily furnished. The apartment II is a so-called "loft" on the 1st floor. This means that everything is in one large room. The bathroom with shower and WC is of course separated from the living room/bedroom by a glass door.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Swimming pond with sunbathing lawn and sandy beach as well as cosy terrace with barbecue facilities. Car parking space available! 300 square metre wellness and beauty studio with sauna and outdoor pool directly in the house.

The approx. 50 square metre loft is furnished in a minimalist design. Walnut, white and green make the room very cosy. 3 windows flood the room with natural light. The ideal oasis of well-being for 2 people.

Important: For safety reasons, all persons travelling with you must be at least 14 years old.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
