The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

We are renting out our lovely lake loft, which is brand new (built in May 2013). We have 2 large bedrooms with kingsize beds and a big bathroom with bath tub and a rain shower. Fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine/dryer and flatscreen TV, the flat is the perfect place to stay and relax.The flat is a 5 min walk from the Ammersee (lake) and a 35 min drive from Munich away (40 min with the train from Utting train station or Tuerkenfeld Sbahn).We offer a spa next door (Immas Welt) with all kinds of beauty and relaxing treatments.We would love to welcome you in Utting!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
