The village centre is approx. 350m away, the Wössner See lake or the indoor swimming pool are only a 5-minute walk away. The flat is located on the 1st floor of the rear building and is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and daylight bathroom. There is also a bedroom with a double bed. Two more people can sleep on the pull-out couch in the living room. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
