Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
Cosy apartment house. In the centre of Unterschleißheim 20 km from the centre of München, in the residential district. In the house: washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Restaurant 200 m, bakery 250 m, bus stop "Keplerstrasse" 350 m, railway station "S-Bahn Unterschleißheim" 900 m. Nearby attractions: München 20 km, Schloss Schleissheim 4 km, Allianz Arena 11 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
