The house-within-a-house gallery apartment (from the first floor upwards) is located in the right half of a former, 200-year-old schoolhouse in Unterdießen (near Landsberg am Lech) on the Romantic Road and the historic Via Claudia Augusta. The exposed, original 200-year-old roof beams and the abundance of wood create a cozy and truly unique atmosphere.

The 110 square meters of living space are largely open-plan across several levels, creating a loft-like feel.

In total, sleeping accommodations are available for up to 10 people.

If interested, the 60-square-meter living/sleeping area on the ground floor with up to 4 additional sleeping spaces and a shower room, and/or the garden living cube (including a shower room) for 1-2 people, can also be rented.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
