Numerous castles, churches and museums invite you to visit.you will find peace and relaxation in our well-equipped holiday flat with south-facing balcony.you have a wonderful view over the Pulvermoos nature reserve to Oberammergau and the whole mountain range of the Ammgergau Alps spreads out in front of you.the famous Passion village of Oberammergau is approx. 4 km away.the ideal holiday for hikers, cyclists, cultural travellers and those seeking relaxation.we look forward to your visit!

Excursions: Wonderful walks in the valley and on the surrounding mountains, cycle tours in the surrounding area, marvellous castles, wonderful churches and interesting museums invite you to visit. The family ski area on the Steckenberg and in Oberammergau are in the immediate vicinity and cross-country skiing trails can be reached directly from the house.
Location description : Unterammergau has retained its village character. Nevertheless, you will find everything you need. You can do your shopping in the village bakery and the fruit and vegetable shop, while the village church and 3 inns characterise the townscape.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
