Tradition meets modernity. Our nearly 100-year-old holiday home offers a charming holiday apartment on the ground floor. You'll enjoy 90 m² of living space with two bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area.

Another bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Ideal for a family with two children. South-facing terrace with garden access. Sauna use is available for an additional fee.

The shores of Lake Rottach are in the immediate vicinity, 200 m to the lake and approximately 950 m to the bathing beach.

The house is located on the edge of the village in a quiet location. Three restaurants are available in the village if you'd like to take a break from cooking. Shops for daily necessities are also available in the village.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
