Spacious holiday home for 8 people in a secluded location, approx. 6 km from the centre of Siegsdorf, on a mountain at an altitude of 750m, offering a unique view of the Chiemgau mountains. The house is an oasis of peace with panoramic views over the Chiemgau and beyond.

Lockable garage (not suitable for buses, too low, max. VW Caddy!) and parking spaces at the house, lockable side room for skis or bicycles, sheltered terrace with barbecue facilities with barbecue accessories, play and sunbathing lawn with play tower with swing and slide for the little ones, an outdoor play box and six deckchairs. Washing machine and iron/ironing board are available in the cellar.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
