Our holiday apartment "Schwalbennest" (Swallow's Nest) spans two floors and features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and TV upstairs and one with a double bunk bed downstairs), a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, internet, and telephone, as well as two bathrooms with shower, toilet, hairdryer, vanity mirror, and a Finnish sauna including a VITALlight infrared ABC lamp.

The spacious terrace overlooking the swimming pond, beech forest, and meadows is furnished with a whirlpool, patio furniture, and sun loungers.

Bathrobes and baby equipment are available upon request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
