This comfortable, approximately 70 sq m (750 sq ft) two-room holiday apartment with kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and balcony is located on the upper floor of a two-family house.

The apartment includes a small, fenced garden with a garden shed, garden furniture, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue. There is a large living room (studio-style) with a comfortable seating area and a large corner bench. A large, separate bedroom features a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a baby cot.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and a small dining area with a highchair. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.

Wi-Fi access is available free of charge upon request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
