Detailed information

The holiday apartment occupies the entire top floor of our two-family house.

It is comfortably and cozily furnished and has two sunny balconies (east and west facing). The living space is 65 square meters and is divided into three rooms. For entertainment, the following are provided: satellite TV, CD player, radio, Wi-Fi, and a games console.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. As an added bonus, you have an unobstructed view of the Lech meadows and the Pfronten mountains, a protected water and landscape area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
