Your holiday apartment has a quality kitchen, as well as a lovely dining suite. This kitchen-diner area can be separated from the lounge and bedroom by a screen. This lounge area provides an LCD TV with satellite channels and a big double bed (180 x 200cm) with a functional slatted frame. The lovely bathroom has a bath. A stereo system and a coffee machine are provided, along with other useful items.

There are various leisure activities available: walking and hiking on the lovely trails with a wide view into the distance, swimming and sauna nearby, a very big ice rink for skating etc., attractive museums for art lovers, as well as the Agriculture Museum, historical railway museum, glass museum and a distillery, or Danube boat trips from Deggendorf or Passau nearby. There are wonderful restaurants or bistros, as well as big shopping centres nearby. The apartment provides all the latest tourism and information brochures.

Hand and bath towels, bath and shower gel, a spare toothbrush, a single-use razor, hand soap, various magazines and information material from the local tourist bureau are all provided. Smoking is allowed and pets are welcome.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
