The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions, a heather and a stereo. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, three washbasins, a shower and a bath.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, an oven and two coffee makers.

This spacious home is situated in Rinchnach Bavaria, Germany. There are 4 bedrooms that can guests up to 8 people. It is the perfect accommodation for a holiday with friends or family. The house has a garden where you can enjoy the sun in the summer.

The village and the region offers many sports and leisure activities, such as hiking, horseback riding, biking, cross country skiing and much more. You can also make a trip to the former monastery example, the wildlife park, the Arbersee, the amusement park with go-kart track and the summer toboggan run. The center with several restaurants are all 500 m away from the house.

The nicely furnished cottage is fully equipped. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a microwave and you can watch television in the living room. In the garden you can barbecue in the summer and from the balcony you have a nice view. The central heating is in place to keep home warm. Parking facility is also available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
