Two bathrooms with shower/WC round off the comfortable interior.

Outside, guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings on the terrace. Free parking spaces right next to the accommodation make travelling and excursions in the surrounding area easy. The landlord, who lives in the house, also offers a practical bread delivery service and breakfast can be booked for a perfect start to the day.

The area surrounding the holiday flat offers a wide range of leisure activities: It is only a 5-minute walk to the village centre and 400 m to the outdoor pool. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a ski bus, ski slope and cross-country skiing facilities in the immediate vicinity (300 m to 500 m). The lake 10000 metres away is also ideal for excursions. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
