On our three-sided farmstead, "Schlossgut - Franken," you'll find the "Gartenflügel" (Garden Wing) holiday apartment, newly built at the end of 2012 and renovated in 2023. Located on the upper floor, this open-plan apartment is lovingly furnished on one level under the roof.

The "Gartenflügel" captivates with the charm of its half-timbered construction, warm colors on the walls, and, not to be forgotten, the built-in wood-burning stove. Imagine relaxing with a nice glass of wine in the evening, surrounded by the warmth of the fire. What could be better?!

The open-plan living/dining room and kitchen ensures that no one is left to cook alone. A cozy get-together is always possible. In addition to the spacious bathroom with two shower cubicles, there are two toilets and three bedrooms.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
