The Bergpanorama holiday apartment for 4-6 people awaits you on the top floor of a three-family house in Raubling.

The house is located on the quiet southern edge of Raubling. A bakery, supermarkets, and the train station are all within easy walking distance.

Under the airy, exposed roof beams, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A spacious eat-in kitchen with panoramic windows offers wonderful mountain views throughout the day. The large balcony invites you to relax. In the evening, we recommend lighting a fire in the fireplace and enjoying the warm atmosphere.

(Two additional sleeping spaces can be created in the living area.)
The apartment includes a free carport, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and a washing machine. Bed linens, towels, and firewood are provided. A lockable cellar is available for your bicycles or ski equipment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
