Very nice and newly renovated 2-room flat with a large terrace in a central yet quiet location in Passau. The flat was completely renovated in 2022. The flat is perfectly equipped with a large box-spring bed (king-size) in the bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. In the living and dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge as well as a dishwasher. The living and dining area offers a beautiful dining area for four people as well as a sofa bed and a Smart TV with Netflix. The residential complex is located on a slope and therefore offers a wonderful view over the river and the beautiful surroundings. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
