Charming 2-room flat in two-family house, 1st floor, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 large balcony, 1 breakfast balcony, eat-in kitchen with dining area, large bathroom with shower and bathtub, underfloor heating. House with Mediterranean flair, idyllically situated on a small pond, bright and friendly through large French windows, absolutely quiet. Nevertheless ideal infrastructure, railway station (10 min walk) with direct connection to Munich (Bayernticket!!!), Passau, Regensburg, etc..
Good shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi etc.), close to the Danube + Bavarian Forest. Ideal for cycling or hiking.
Non-smokers only, not suitable for fitters as there is only one double bed. Not suitable for families with small children, as no cot, high chair etc. available.

Also within walking distance: Nahkauf with integrated bakery and organic butcher, another bakery nearby, as well as Degenhart beverages. 20 min walk to the city centre. Market on Mondays. 5 - 10 min by car to the Danube for walks. Great excursions possible: Danube loop, Ortenburg, castle and wildlife park, bird park, Bavarian ForestPassau (35 min), Regensburg (1 hour), Munich: by car or train (direct from Osterhofen), 1.5 hours, Bayernticket ! Vienna: 3 hours
Very popular with cycling and hiking tourists. Everything is flat. Bicycles can be stored.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
