Welcome to the "Eagle's Nest"! Here, you'll have the entire floor to yourself, with no one else living next door. You enter the small hallway with an adjoining, modern kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher). Straight ahead is the spacious living/dining room with a south/west-facing balcony. Modernly furnished and incredibly comfortable, it features a corner sofa, leather armchairs, a large dining table with comfortable leather chairs, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system with an iPod docking station. To the left is the bathroom with a shower and toilet, complete with plush towels. Next to it is the larger bedroom with a double bed, made up with cozy linens. Directly outside the apartment is the second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the east-facing balcony.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
