The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with nine double beds and four single sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions. In addition there is a garden and a balcony and there are two sets of garden furniture and three swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four hairdryers, four washbasins, four showers, two Turkish steam baths and two baths.

The holiday home has a garage, two fridges, a Internet connection (wireless) and two freezers.

The kitchen is equipped with three ovens, three coffee makers, three dishwashers and three stoves.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in Oberstaufen, in the Kalzhofen district, in a sunny, south-facing location, amidst beautiful nature, at the foot of the Staufen mountain, with views of the magnificent mountains.

You will be staying in an exclusive holiday apartment with modern real wood furnishings and high-quality real wood parquet flooring in Alpine style, featuring a large south-facing balcony with stunning views of Oberstaufen and the surrounding mountains. The path to the Alpe Mohr, a well-known and popular mountain resort in Oberstaufen, leads directly past the property.

A flat footpath takes you to the center of town in about 15 minutes on foot.

This makes our house an ideal location for both access to this hiking and leisure paradise and for enjoying the lively life of Oberstaufen.

You live in nature, away from the hustle and bustle, but are quickly in the center of things if you're looking for a change of scenery.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
