A tranquil and modern holiday home (occupied by only one person) in a prime location (directly on the ski slope), offering 110 square meters of living space in the Oberallgäu region with three bedrooms. A new sauna and two additional showers complete the picture.

The holiday home is situated at an altitude of 920 meters on a small hill, offering stunning views of Steibis and Oberstaufen on one side and the Imberg mountain on the other. Simply strap on your skis right at the house and take the Fehrlift directly to the Steibis ski area. Return to the house via run 1b.

The holiday home has been newly renovated and furnished and is ideal for two families or small groups. After a wonderful day of hiking or skiing, cozy up by the crackling wood-burning stove. The spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking together.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
