Spacious and bright, rustic and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
