Our accommodation is quietly situated on the edge of a forest, without through traffic. Hiking paths start directly from the house. It is about 600 metres to the Hocheck cable car and the centre. Oberaudorf Kaiserreich-Nicht is not called one of the most beautiful holiday regions of Upper Bavaria for nothing. We welcome you to our two-room holiday apartment with a wonderful view of the Wildbarren. It is in a quiet elevated location on a cul-de-sac, just a short distance from the cable car and 10 minutes from the centre. You can explore the landscape directly from the house. The apartment enjoys an absolutely quiet corner location in the house.

We have fitted out the apartment for 2-3 people with attention to detail. It has a living and dining room with a big TV, a comfortable pull-out sofa for 2 persons, a kitchen unit with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster, kettle, a bedroom with an additional TV, comfortable mattresses with a topper, with an adjoining new spacious walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are included. We can provide a cot for toddlers up to 2 years old free of charge. A highchair is available. A cot and laundry can be provided for a small fee.

Oberaufdorf is about an hour south of Munich and 8km from Kufstein (Austria) and is worth a visit in any season: swimming lakes, hiking, walking, skiing, snowboarding, mountaineering. The original, well-presented and pretty village Oberaudorf is nestled between Wildbarren and the Kaisergebirge, Zahme Kaiser and Wilder Kaiser. Hospitality and friendliness are still considered important here. Countless restaurants invite you to dine, you can stroll around the pretty centre or visit one of the many high meadows and enjoy the view – there is something for everyone. It is about 8km to Kufstein, 20km to the Sudelfeld ski resort, about 40km to Kitzbühel. The Zillertal is about 45 minutes away.

Our local contact person is there for you if you have any questions or concerns, to ensure your all-round well-being. If you arrive by train we can collect you from the train station. Everyone is welcome, whether young or old, as well as well-behaved four-legged companions. Our house offers (in some cases for a small fee): sauna, infrared cabin, ski storage room, washing machine, tumble dryer, games room, fitness room, table tennis, free Wi-Fi Internet.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
