Spacious, modern and exclusively furnished rooms await you on a total area of 135 square metres, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. The living and dining area boasts wooden flooring and a large dining table from which you can enjoy the unobstructed mountain panorama. Underfloor heating pervades the entire house, while a wood-burning stove provides additional cosiness. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a hob, fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils - cook with a view of the countryside. A comfortable bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor.
The outdoor area of the house offers a sheltered terrace and a further west-facing terrace with direct access from the living room, which offers views of meadows and fields. A balcony allows you to enjoy the morning sun and impressive panoramic views of the surrounding green countryside. A carport and additional parking spaces are available for your vehicles for exclusive use, and your pets are also very welcome in our holiday home.

Payment terms and -periods
