Away from traffic, in an absolutely quiet and sunny location, lies our non-smoking holiday apartment with two separate bedrooms on the ground floor.

The comfortably furnished apartment offers 57 m² of living space: an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and two separate bedrooms for 2-3 people.

A large, walk-in rain shower is also included.

Our spacious garden offers plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation. A separate room is available for bicycles and skis. Parking is provided in a covered carport. The Wellenberg swimming pool and Laberberg cable car are just a short walk away.

We offer heavenly peace and quiet, an idyllic setting, and are always happy to assist our guests.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
