You'll be staying in a particularly charming and unique traditional Oberammergau house, lovingly restored. Completely renovated in 2019, this holiday apartment features solid wood floors and a tasteful mix of modern solid wood furniture and restored pieces.

The cozy living area boasts a tiled stove, a comfortable seating area (with a sofa bed), and a spacious open-plan kitchen. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are adjacent to the new bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

You'll have your own private space with a private entrance and a fenced garden, complete with a wooden terrace, lawn, and apple trees.

Our house, Himmelreich, enjoys a wonderfully sunny location, and you can easily walk to the village, the swimming pool, and start your hikes right from the doorstep.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
