With its breathtaking location at 720 metres above sea level, the house offers a magical valley view of Neukirchen b. Hl. Blut and the local mountain Hoher Bogen with its mountain railway. Whether you are travelling with a large family, a flat-sharing community or a group, our accommodation with space for up to 17 adults and 6 children on 300 square metres of living space will meet all requirements.
The holiday home has 5 double rooms, one triple room and two family rooms, each equipped with a double room and a children's room for up to three children. Each room not only offers privacy and comfort with its own shower or bath and WC, but also entertainment thanks to satellite TV and access to a private balcony. On the ground floor, a large lounge invites you to linger together, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with everything your heart desires - from a microwave to a dishwasher.
You can spend relaxing hours outdoors in the holiday home's private garden. A spacious sunbathing lawn, a barbecue area with a campfire site - firewood included - as well as garden furniture and children's play equipment such as a swing and slide are at your disposal. Whether you want to relax in the sun or watch the children play, our outdoor area offers something for everyone.
The surroundings of Neukirchen b. Hl. Blut are a paradise for active holidaymakers at any time of year. The Neurittsteig cross-country skiing centre is just 1 km away, and there are numerous hiking trails that even lead across the border to the Czech Republic. For culture lovers and adventurers, there are excursions to Passau, Regensburg, the historic dragon sting in Furth im Wald, as well as to Pilsen, Munich and Prague.
You also have the opportunity to enrich your stay in our own shooting range in the neighbouring house. Whether you are a beginner or a professional, you will have fun. An experienced shooting instructor is at your disposal and will teach you all the necessary skills with the air rifle.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
