It features a large eat-in kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the sunrise over the Karwendel Mountains through the large panoramic window while having breakfast. The eat-in kitchen is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a modern kitchenette and a comfortable dining area with a corner bench. An internal staircase leads directly from the eat-in kitchen to the living room, which offers a spacious seating area with a large flat-screen TV. The balcony, accessible from the living room, provides a stunning, unobstructed view of the Karwendel massif. The ground-floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, completely renovated and equipped with a large, walk-in shower. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with two single beds and also has its own renovated bathroom with a shower. The ground-floor bedroom has direct access to the garden. Garden furniture is available for your use both in the garden and on the balcony. Patio furniture is available during the summer months. We offer ample parking on our property, as well as secure storage for bicycles, motorcycles, or skis in our lockable garage.
