The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Our non-smoking holiday apartment is ideal for 2-4 people and offers a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Radio and satellite TV are also provided.

The property includes a conservatory, a sauna with a wellness shower, a lovely lawn for sunbathing, a barbecue area with grill rental, garden furniture, and a children's playground. You are welcome to use our wellness area with a whirlpool, infrared sauna, massage chair, and fireplace for a fee. A sauna is also available.

You can, of course, park your car directly in our private parking lot.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
