Quiet, cosy deluxe maisonette flat furnished with every comfort over 2 floors on the upper floor of the Hofstallung.the cosy bedrooms (a walk-through bedroom with comfortable sofa bed) are located under an open half-timbered ceiling and can be reached via a narrow staircase in the flat. The stairs may not be suitable for people with impaired walking or sight, so you can rest in the utmost comfort on a solid box-spring double bed and in the separate adjoining room on a super-comfortable sofa bed under cosy down duvets and let the rising sun wake you up; in the evening you can enjoy the heavenly tranquillity of the idyllic inner courtyard. As in the entire house, underfloor heating is also installed here, which emits heat evenly and pleasantly. Sun-yellow roller blinds on the windows facing the inner courtyard provide privacy, while the parquet flooring makes the rooms pleasant to walk on and easy to clean, as does the bright and friendly wet area. Right next to the apartment complex you will find the Mainkai promenade for strolling and sunbathing, as well as a well-run international restaurant with sun terraces, lounge and vaulted cellar. Just 80 metres above, on the market square, there are several restaurants ranging from Chinese and Greek to one of the best Franconian brewery pubs, the Bräustüble. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
