Our holiday apartment "Adam" is located on the historic island in a charming neighborhood surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. The famous Lindau landmarks (the Lindau Lion and the lighthouse) and the picturesque harbor are just a short walk away. The romantic old town, with its narrow streets and sights, invites you to a leisurely stroll.

The comfortably furnished apartment is approximately 80 square meters and features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living area. The apartment is suitable for up to four people. Optionally, the "Eva" apartment, located in the same building, can be booked for two additional guests and includes a separate shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Your holiday home is located on the first floor and boasts a very spacious terrace overlooking the park opposite the small lake.

A convenient bonus is the parking space belonging to the apartment, located directly next to the holiday home, which you can use during your stay. Bicycles can be securely stored in the building's entrance area (next to the stairs).

Thanks to the apartment's prime location near the pedestrian zone and the harbor, you can reach a bakery, supermarket, cafés, and restaurants in just a few minutes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
