The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a heather. In addition there are two balconies and two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two showers and two hairdryers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a washing machine and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an oven.

The spacious apartment spans approximately 130 m² of living space, spread over two levels. The lounge area on the terrace, furnished with high-quality seating, invites you to relax, read, or enjoy breakfast together in the sunshine.

Another highlight is the barrier-free access via elevator: The apartment entrance is conveniently located on the 3rd floor, and the 4th floor provides direct access to the living area – a level of convenience rarely found in a historic building.

The apartment is equipped for up to 6 people. The two bright and comfortable bedrooms feature box-spring beds. An additional sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children) is located in the upstairs living area. Your holiday apartment has two modern bathrooms – one with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet, the other with a bathtub – as well as a separate guest toilet in the downstairs living area. Please note: Due to the open staircase, the apartment is not suitable for small children.

After an exciting day at the lake, enjoy your evenings cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or relaxing with a glass of wine on the terrace with its magnificent view.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
