Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location with mountain views

In our holiday home, approximately 64m² and furnished for 5 people, you will happily spend your most precious weeks of the year. It is situated in a particularly beautiful location with views of Lake Lechsee and the Ammergau Alps.

The large south-facing terrace is furnished with a table and 5 poly rattan chairs.

The house has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is newly furnished with a double bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, and a clock radio. The children's room has a single bed, a bunk bed, and a wardrobe.

Our lovingly furnished living room with an integrated dining area features a new seating area consisting of a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, as well as a comfortable armchair, a new wall unit with a television, CD radio, and telephone.

The living room and bedrooms are carpeted.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a large dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, raised refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

The bathroom with shower/toilet has also been completely renovated.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
