Located close to the centre of the charming old town of Landau a.d. Isar, this detached holiday home with terrace and fenced garden has been completely renovated and lovingly refurbished by the owners. The town centre with its many restaurants, shops and everyday amenities is just a few minutes' walk away. Day trips with cultural, wellness and leisure activities as well as the beautiful Isar cycle path are available in the surrounding area.
The fully fenced 350 m² garden offers a terrace with garden furniture for al fresco dining. There is also a car parking space right next to the house on the property.
The holiday home has 60 m² of living space on the ground floor and first floor and is ideal for up to four people. In 2011, the house was completely renovated and refurnished with a lot of comfort. On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living room with electric underfloor heating, adjoining dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Upstairs you sleep in two double bedrooms. While one bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, the second bedroom is furnished with a four-poster bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The bathroom is furnished as a shower room with shower and WC, a washing machine, hairdryer and make-up mirror. In the living area, the three of you can take a seat on a cosy couch. The leather reading chair with leg rest offers relaxation after a day out, while the 81 cm flat-screen TV and music system provide entertainment in the evening. Past the dining table with four chairs, you reach the cooking area, which is equipped with a fitted kitchen. The modern fitted kitchen allows you to cater for yourself conveniently and extensively thanks to a dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and the usual small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine and kettle. The free Internet connection via WLAN rounds off the facilities.
The village centre with good restaurants, shops, bakery, butcher's, cash machine and much more is just 300 metres or a 3-minute walk away. Larger discounters and supermarkets are within a radius of approx. one kilometre. The town itself offers a wide range of leisure and cultural activities (e.g. the nearby archaeological museum). Further information can be found on the website of the town of Landau. The Isar river with its beautiful cycle path is about a 20-minute walk away. Bicycle hire is available nearby. There are many leisure attractions for young and old in the surrounding area, such as Bayernpark (22 km), the cultural city of Regensburg (70 km) and the Bavarian Forest with its glass-blowing workshops (approx. 45 km). There are also great wellness facilities in the surrounding area, such as the Caprima leisure and adventure pool in Dingolfing, just 23 km away.
Of course, your well-behaved four-legged friends are also allowed inside the house. The property is fenced in with a 1.20 m high wire mesh fence. You will find ideal opportunities for walking or training your dog along the Isar, which is only approx. 1.5 km away.

Payment terms and -periods
