Children can enjoy the trampoline. The quiet location on the edge of the village is ideal for walks and excursions through Fränkischen Schweiz – perfect for families and nature lovers.

Kunreuth is located in the district of Forchheim in Bavaria and is part of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. The municipality is located in a charming landscape on the edge of Franconian Switzerland, a well-known low mountain range region famous for its striking cliffs, caves and castles.

The townscape of Kunreuth is characterised by Kunreuth Castle, an imposing castle complex from the Middle Ages, which towers over the town and is a landmark of the region. The town centre is surrounded by extensive orchards, fields and small wooded areas, giving the town an idyllic rural character.
