Immerse yourself in our idyllic hideaway in the heart of Lower Bavaria, an oasis of peace and well-being. Our spacious, almost entirely wood-panelled flat extends over 80m² on the first floor and is accessible via a separate external staircase. With its characterful interior, which combines traditional craftsmanship and modern comfort, it offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay.
The flat has an inviting interior that leaves nothing to be desired. Two separate bedrooms guarantee privacy, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC as well as a washing machine. The centrepiece of the flat is a huge, gallery-like kitchen-cum-living room, in which you will find a TV with DVB-T reception (the commercial-free Austrian TV in particular is a highlight), two fridges and plenty of space for cooking.
Outside, a spacious 50,000 m² garden awaits you, inviting you to relax. With garden furniture, a barbecue and the option to charge electric cars at our wallbox, our outdoor area offers all the amenities you could wish for to enjoy a relaxing time in nature. Immerse yourself in the rural idyll and take the opportunity to purchase freshly distilled spirits from our fruit orchard.
The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities and excursions. Whether fishing, mountain biking, cycling or cross-country skiing - there is something for everyone here. Discover the unique and still completely undiscovered cultural landscape of Lower Bavaria with its breathtaking tranquillity. Our farm is secluded, the nearest neighbour is 250 metres away, a paradise for all those who long for peace and quiet.
With us you will experience genuine sustainability, which we live with attention to detail. Our holiday flat is heated with wood that would otherwise remain unused, and we are actively committed to environmentally friendly farming. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
