Our cozy, lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located directly on the shore of Lake Walchensee and has its own south-facing terrace. After an exciting excursion to the idyllic villages of the Two Lakes Region, a hike in the majestic mountains, or a bike tour through the Alpine foothills, enjoy the tranquility of the evening and the sunset with a view from the terrace across the crystal-clear, turquoise-blue Lake Walchensee to a magnificent mountain panorama.

The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and much more. A selection of spices is also provided. Dish soap and dishcloths are included in the price.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
