Newly built holiday home in the middle of the Bavarian Forest. This house was classified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association in 2013. The approx. 110 m² holiday home is located in a small idyllic village Untermitterdorf at the foot of the Plattenstein in the middle of the Bavarian Forest.

On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, a dining area and a large living area with flat screen TV and two sofas that can be converted into sofa beds if required. There is also a small bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor, as well as a storage room and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (children's beds can be added at any time). The spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC is also located here.

Outside the holiday home there is a children's playground with a swing. There is also a barbecue area and a wooden terrace with garden furniture on the south side of the house.

The bed linen is changed once a week, the hand and bath towels twice. With the arberaktivCARD you receive many free services - at no extra cost. Over 50 services from the areas of ski lifts, swimming pools, museums, leisure facilities, nature and family experiences, sports and hiking events can be used free of charge for the entire duration of your stay.

The Plattenstein holiday home is located in an idyllic little village in the Bavarian Forest. Ski areas such as the Arberland, Geißkopf, Mitterfirmansreuth to name but a few, as well as the National Park with its animal enclosures, Haus der Wildnis where you can experience nature with all your senses, Glashütten and many other sights can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The neighbouring Czech Republic is also just a short drive away and offers inexpensive shopping opportunities. As already mentioned, it's like a circle and the Plattenstein holiday home lies in the middle.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
