Our newly built country house, situated at 820 meters above sea level in a secluded location just outside the small village of Akams, offers three high-quality, lovingly furnished holiday apartments. The furniture was handcrafted by a local Allgäu carpenter. Our highlights include the panoramic views of the Allgäu Alps and the sunny, south-facing slope, ensuring sunshine from morning till evening.

We are so well connected by road that you can reach all the interesting places in the Allgäu region, from Oberstaufen and Oberstdorf to Bad Hindelang/Oberjoch, within 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, you can leave your car behind and explore the surrounding area on foot or by bicycle, starting right from our doorstep.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
