For sports enthusiasts, there are cross-country ski trails about fifteen kilometres away, downhill ski runs about 25 kilometres away and several swimming pools and bathing ponds in the surrounding area. Several museums and factory shops (especially porcelain) are located in the region and are well worth a visit.
