The high-ceilinged, open-plan living and dining area of our Garden Apartment, with its exposed roof beams, is simply stunning.

In addition to a very comfortable bedroom with a box-spring double bed, there's a cozy sleeping loft under the roof (suitable for older children/young adults; not suitable for small children) with two single beds. An additional sleeping space is also available in the living room upon request. There's also a small, elegant bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, and large shower. And let's not forget our outdoor shower, perfect for a refreshing dip in the summer or a quick rinse after a refreshing swim in Lake Ammersee. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you prepare delicious meals.

The apartment's name says it all: the orchard and, above all, the large private terrace with sun loungers, lounge area, and much more offer plenty of space and privacy, making it a truly exceptional apartment!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
