The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a CD player, a DVD player, a TV, two heaters, a stereo and two radios. In addition there is a bicycle and a garden and there are four sets of garden furniture, two balconies and two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a Turkish steam bath, two baths and a shower.

The holiday home has two freezers, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is toys and a cot and there are two high chairs and two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

Due to an ongoing legal dispute against the Lindau District Office before the Administrative Court, the apartment is currently only available for residential use. We thank you for your understanding and will be happy to keep you updated on the progress of the matter.

Alternatively, you have the opportunity to purchase the entire holiday home, with a living space of over 250 m² on a spacious plot of over 1,000 m². This gives you the opportunity to permanently enjoy your vacation in this unique setting and to design the house entirely according to your individual wishes. A trial stay can of course be arranged if you are seriously interested in purchasing.

The Baufritz eco-friendly wooden house has been shining in new splendor since 2014.

We are renovating the house and the exterior facade with oil and are updating some of the holiday apartments "Dream View in Mollenberg" (No. 76494) and "Experience Luxury in Mollenberg" (No. 48316).

We're adding a new travertine natural stone bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower to the upper apartment, "Traumblick."

The house features a large and bright living and dining room with a separate bedroom on the upper floor. A friendly and bright kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, and a new dishwasher awaits you.

And the absolute highlight is the natural stone bathroom. Here, we placed particular emphasis on exclusive materials. A modern and high-quality bathroom with Turkish travertine in gold and Italian marble.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
