We're not just any holiday home on Lake Constance; we're THE 4-star Pfänderblick holiday home in Hergensweiler-Mollenberg. The house is comfortable, modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. It enjoys a uniquely peaceful location. The living/dining room features a flat-screen TV, a separate WC, furnished south- and north-facing terraces, a garden, and a terrace overlooking the water.

An open staircase leads to the spacious living/sleeping studio on the upper floor, spanning over 40 square meters, with a bathroom and a south-facing balcony.

There's a cozy sitting area. A sofa with Bluetooth connectivity provides an additional sleeping option. A large second flat-screen TV offers Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, and more. A laptop workspace, books, and games are also available.

We are happy to provide a cot and highchair upon request.

A key safe is available for late arrivals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
