Our holiday flat Hauzenberg Blick, App. 306****, is located in the small Bavarian holiday village Adalbert Stifter, on a south-facing slope, very quiet in the climatic health resort Hauzenberg-Raßreuth at the border triangle Bavaria-Bohemia-Austria, near Passau. Our house is one of the highest, with a beautiful view of Hauzenberg and the Staffelberg from the balcony.

The spacious 2-room holiday flat, approx. 54 sqm on the 1st floor, own entrance, offers space for 4 people and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, coffee machine, egg boiler, kettle. Cosy bedroom with 24 cm comfort mattresses. A large living room with dining area and 1st pull-out couch. Opposite the dining area is our TV corner with 2nd sofa bed. Bathroom with hairdryer and make-up mirror. Wlan free of charge. Balcony with marvellous view, on clear days up to the Alps. Private car park in front of the holiday flat. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, table tennis and playground are available to our guests free of charge. The Freudensee (bathing lake) with kiosk and sunbeds is within walking distance, approx. 800 m. Arrive, feel good, enjoy your holiday. A folder with tips, suggestions for hiking tours or good gastronomy is available in the flat. The holiday village Adalbert Stifter is located 2 km from the climatic health resort Hauzenberg, in the district Raßreuth. Hauzenberg-Raßreuth is located in the southern Bavarian Forest, not far from the border triangle: Bavaria-Bohemia-Austria. Hauzenberg belongs to the district of Passau. Passau is approx. 18 km away. The village was built on a marvellous south-facing slope. From the house there are many hiking possibilities, whether an easy walk, a hike or a day tour. For skiers there is the Geyersberg ski area approx. 2 km, the Oberfrauenwald ski area approx. 8 km, or the large Hochficht ski area, approx. 25 km. Whether to the treetop path in Neuschönau or to the museum village in Tittling, a boat trip in Passau. Countless excursions to sights, towns, hiking areas and good restaurants can be found around Hauzenberg.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
