On request, we are also happy to rent out the entire property, which consists of two separate flats (LARGE + SMALL) and can be connected by a connecting door. On request, we can also process requests for stays of between 3 and 4 nights! We wish you a wonderful stay in the enchanting Allgäu! Since it is a historic property, we would like to ask you to treat the furniture and the house accordingly !!! Smoking is NOT allowed in the house!

Location: Buching is a charming, small village in the largest Bavarian nature reserve "Ammergebirge" and is one of the villages that form the gateway to the Ostallgäu with close proximity to Upper Bavaria and Tyrol. The village lies at an altitude of around 850 metres and is a 10-minute walk from Bavaria's largest wild river (Halblech). From the house you can easily reach the hiking trails to the Ammergebirge, Tegelberg and Kenzen area as well as the cycle paths to the bathing lakes and cross-country trails to the royal castles. In the municipality of Halblech there are doctors, restaurants, grocery shops, tennis courts, a swimming pool, several ski lifts and a chair lift to the Buchenberg (the municipality's local mountain). You can enjoy the original rural flair of the "Romantic Road" in pleasant peace and quiet, away from the bustling royal castles.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
