The bright and cozy "Sepp" holiday apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the "Liesl & Sepp" holiday home. This small, completely renovated house is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the village, at the foot of the Ammergau Alps.

The approximately 80-square-meter, four-room apartment offers a comfortable home that combines the charm of a mountain chalet in the valley with a modern, minimalist style.

The parquet flooring, the light-filled rooms, and the cozy living room with direct access to the garden create an inviting atmosphere. On cold or dreary days, the wood-burning stove in the living room provides cozy warmth.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room offers direct access to the garden. There, you can start your day on the south-facing terrace with breakfast overlooking the mountains or relax on a lounger under the apple trees after a hike.

Liesl & Sepp is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking and cycling tours in the beautiful Ammergau Alps, which you can begin right from the front door. On hot summer days, the many lakes with their panoramic mountain views in the immediate vicinity offer a refreshing respite.

In winter, when there is sufficient snow, the cross-country ski track right outside the house invites you to enjoy extended tours. Snow-sure ski resorts can be reached in about 30 minutes, so you can enjoy a variety of leisure activities even in winter weather.

Sports equipment can be conveniently stored in the lockable garage or in the shed.
